The 200 m² reception hall, with its beams, bricks, and fireplaces, is ideal for intimate weddings, family reunions, or group stays for up to 40 guests in an elegant yet friendly setting. The estate features 4 typical Sologne houses and a dormitory, providing up to 40 beds on site: - Cottage 1: 10–12 guests - Cottage 2: 8–10 guests - Cottage 3: 3–5 guests - Cottage 4: 2–3 guests - Dormitory above the hall: 10 guests Each accommodation is carefully designed to preserve regional charm while offering modern comfort. Exposed beams, natural materials, and a cozy ambiance ensure everyone feels at home. The outdoor spaces invite you to stroll, relax, and enjoy nature together. The estate is a peaceful, inhabited place, perfect for serenity and respect for the surroundings. Celebrations are welcome, provided you respect the venue. Please keep noise at a reasonable level and lower music after 2 a.m. to ensure everyone’s tranquility. Depending on the season, options such as linen rental, cleaning, and heating packages are available for an extra fee.
